Season's Greetings from H&L

As 2022 draws to a close, I would like to personally thank all you for all the support you have extended to H&L. Due to your continuous support, we have accomplished multiple initiatives, reaching out to more disadvantaged kids than we ever expected. Resilience. Warmth. Empathy. These traits are only a few of the many qualities we learnt from the children we met this year, whose actions and behaviours taught us the importance of goodwill, determination, and adaptability — a truly eye opening experience.

Our hearts filled with gratitude, we will start the new year hoping to accomplish a lot more:

Things in the pipeline for 2023 -

a. Scholarship fund for Girls higher education

b. Set up a student portal to help kids find scholarships and mentors.

c. Continuous engagement with orphanages.

As with 2022, we plan to keep administrative overheads at nearly 0%. Hiring resources only as and when required and ensuring the funds are utilized for the initiatives.
